Simple hotel, loved our stay, it had great food and unbeatable location in a peaceful area. Comforts of queen room for the smashing breakfast on offer were fabulous. Location: the property was just off which lies in a beautiful park with excellent views of the valley, the historic center and super shopping centre. Spent our evenings in nearby Restaurant Bierwirt enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We greatly enjoyed the stay, my room was nicely updated with double bed and the best bathroom ever, for instance. There was rich breakfasts with meat and every taste, for instance.

The location was particularly good and stunning, just a short walk to Dez Shopping Center in Innsbruck. the room was nicely updated and fairly quiet, with amenities like a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk at your disposal. - the view of the mountains from the hotel was breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlotte in Innsbruck. the breakfast was delicious and the views from the windows were absolutely stunning, with the mountains right in front of us. the hotel is surrounded by a great territory that is perfect for walks. Even though we couldn't swim due to the low temperature, the swimming pool looked amazing and was clean. the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, especially since there was a tram line nearby for easy access to public transport. there was a huge shopping mall within a 10-minute walking distance.

Can't fault the property in any way! 😊
